- Backup and recovery plan
- Site monitoring for downtime
- CMS, theme, and plugin updates, including deletion of any unused plugin
- Bug fixes and tracking of any performance issues
- Domain, hosting and SSL management (Cost of SSL, Domain and hosting not in scope of this agreement).
- Adding of new pages or Layout changes not in scope of this offer and will be separately quoted on requirement.
